>Bahan:
Daging tetelan, rebus sampai lunak, potong dadu.
Santan
Wortel
Kentang
Buncis
Kol atau bunga kol
Cabai hijau potong melintang
Daun jeruk
Serai
Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
Cabai merah
Bawang merah
Bawang putih
Jahe
Ketumbar
Kunyit
Jintan
Kemiri
Sesendok makan bumbu kari siap beli optional
Caranya:
Tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk dan serai sampai
harum. Masukkan kaldu atau air rebusan daging.
Masukkan daging masak sampai empuk,
kemudian masukkan santan.
Setelah daging hampir empuk masukkan sisa
sayuran.
